Today the sawdust was flyin!
Spent time today cutting/ fitting/ assembly of the box seat frame and finishing the box itself.

Once the pieces for the fame were cut I started with the corner posts of the seat frame.
these were mitered and biscuit together.

Then spent some time marking out the arch design I was looking for with the bottom rails. you will see that I set up my Scribe to mark out
marking rails

Finally spent the time to Pocket screw and glue together frame and slide the box into place. I had a good tight fit, so I used some paraffin wax on the inside of frame and on box corners to make it all slide together.

The next step in the process is going back to the mirror frame and creating the top and bottom shelf and crown pieces. Will be making cove crown on table saw. Then hope to do some assembly on the mirror frame as well.
