Poker table, seats 8-10

Project by James Lango posted 429 days ago 717 views 4 times favorited 5 comments Add to Favorites Watch

4×8 poker table. “race track” with felted middle, leather armrest. The true bueaty of this (in my opinion) is the legs, which totally disassembles in 10mins. The legs are all common 2×4’s. Stertchers have a LONG tennons held in place with a tusk. THis is the first AND last piece i would ever finish with poly shades! Stain with poly mixed in. Dries really fast and you can brush back on an “old stroke”.
lots of wasted cut off Oak ply too..

Cool project and great idea for the knockdown legs! You did a really nice job. Poker tables are fun projects. I built one very similar that I took down to collage with me. It got me in a lot of trouble though ;)

Very nice. Love the legs. When does the game start?

Cool table. Like that you can break it down. My brother and I have built many of them. One of them on my profile is in my garage. It has had alot of great memories! and some not so great as well lol Like all in with a full hose and a gut hits 4 of kind on the river…. Ouch
