I gave my Mom this project as a present for the Passover holiday. I am a part of a big family (39 members, and counting…) so I made this pomegranate shape coasters with names engraved. includes a suitable holder which allows quick browsing.
Made from Maple and Mahagony. holder is made from mahagony and with bronze rods. rustin’s tunng oil finish.
the shape cutting, and the name engraving were both made in my shop made pantograph. the pantograph was built by plans of Matthias Wandell. can be found here:

That’s a great gift to your mother, especially with the names of family members on them.

Now you need to build a huge dinning table :)
