made this as an anniversary gift for my girlfriend. The heart and letters are cut out of some red oak pallet wood i had laying around(more scroll saw practice). The other piece of wood im not sure what species it is…(woodcraft grab box special) and the small hearts in the jar i cheated and purchased. Each heart in the jar has a month/year written on it that we have been together. Spray poly finish and its done! The pictures do not do it justice….It now sits over the stove where she can see it every day…Happy wife happy life!

-- I don't always have soft hands....but when I do its because I just left the woodshop.

Nice work. I bet she loved it.
