Rift sawn white oak with purpleheart wedges. This proved to be very difficult to assemble. It pays to have a plan and I didn’t. Each of the three legs had to be cut in half vertically to insert the stretcher.

That is gorgeous! I have through tenons on my list of things to incorporate into my next project. You did excellent with them!

Phil, that is a great looking white oak bench. I like the curved stretchers, and appreciate the figure of the oak. My last project was a pair of white oak benches, and they can be fun to build.
