Another coffin made from pine and finished with wipe on poly. Coffin interior finished with canvas. Sides are bent instead of cut at an angle like the traditional western style toe pincher. A bit more elegant looking I think.

Nice work on the contour. The pine is pretty. I much prefer this over the metal with concrete vaults I see so often here.

I like the simplicity. I notice saw kerfs on the inside to enable the curve. That makes it real easy to bend. I am sure this coffin is an excellent choice for lower income folks. Do you do them by commission only or build them in advance and stock them??

This is a very nice down to earth coffin. It’s really fancy enough for anyone to be buried in and a whole lot more economical than those that most people will choose.
