This fella’ just doesn’t know when enough is enough. I’ve heard of folks having eyes larger than their bellies, but this guy is taking it to a whole new level :)

I carved this unique, free-standing sculpture from a piece of driftwood. It is 6 1/2” tall x 7” wide x 2 1/2” thick. I used rotary hand tools and grinders to make this carving. I painted this guy with acrylics, and finished with spray lacquer. Sure turned out to be a wild, one-of-a-kind woodcarving :)

This is great and all, but why on earth would he decide to eat a tree branch? What, all the food was expired?

It’s very creative. Nice work.
