Handmade Guitar

Project by Rob W posted 429 days ago 877 views 2 times favorited 16 comments Add to Favorites Watch

I created the guitar a couple years ago and I play in in church on Sundays.

The body is made from a piece of white oak, walnut and cherry. The neck is an aftermarket neck.

I also made the hanger that is is on.

Rob

Wow! I don’t suppose Leo Fender ever envisaged anything like this one Robin. That is so different; I love that scroll, and the carvings and the unusual slant on the body. Joyful!

I’m not a guitar player, but would be very proud to display this piece of work anywhere. If it sounds half as good as it looks, then I guess you really have something….......

A beautifully crafted piece of art. I bet you get a lot of oohs, & awes when people see it.

The diagonal run of the wood makes it real unique looking.

I greet you with a BIG WELCOME to LJs.
