It is done! I have finally finished the furniture project I began in mid January. It is a cherry sideboard based on a design by Gustav Stickley, sideboard No. 800. I say “based on” because I did vary slightly from the original. The biggest variation being that metal drawer glides were used instead of wood runners.
There is a back story to the wood and it can be read in the blog about this piece,Here.
This is my first piece of furniture with this much joinery in it. There are many little mistakes in this project, some more apparent then others. It was a definite learning experience and I look forward to hearing from the LJ community.

This is very nice and deserves the wooden sliders! Great authentic look when the doors are closed. Keep up the good work. Respectfully, Joe

You did a great job for a this being one of your firsts. My wife bought a similar side board of cherry. She got it for a good price, so I thought till I give it a close look. All pocket screws. Nothing wrong with that but she didn’t get that great of a deal. I like how you attached the back, that makes for one solid piece. Well done.
