Cuban Mahogany slice table....

This is a table I made for a great friend of mine…itabletop is a Cuban Mahogany slice… 32”....base is treated pine stained Wenge….the small inlay piece is Gabon Ebony. Table top finish is Teak oil….base finish is satin lacquer. Thanks for looking.

That looks great. The butterfly to keep the pith checking in control is really clever. Gives me some project ideas.

Wonderful table! The Mahogany is gorgeous with the bark inclusion and the bow tie is a great accent. Great job!
