A new drawer box for my friend Janie, same drawer face. The old chipboard one had a date on it from 20 years ago, not bad for chip/particle board. I hope the finger jointed pine last at least as long.

Nice job on the drawer. I know what you mean about the particle board drawers

Nice fix to a bad drawer. I’m sure the new all wood components will last a lot longer than the particle board.

Well done.

Funny, because just last night I was regarding with contempt a similarly failing drawer in my own kitchen. Give me some warm, dry weather and one of these dudes is in my future.

Good job. The old drawer looks similar to the drawers in my kitchen (circa 1983).
