Quick change saw blade station.

I have been using multiple blades on a daily basis for the last few months and got tired of moving over to the pegboard to retrieve a different blade and zero clearance insert every ten minutes. I took a few minutes today to design something for the right side of my table saw that has a little function. My Jet air purifier is incorporated under it.

The blades sit at a 64.5 degree angle and my table saw fence stops (with a rubber stop) 1/16” away from the first blade at full extension. Having all the inserts wrenches and blades within arms reach is a nice change for me and my ever improving shop layout.

Thanks for looking,
Paul

Paul, this is a great solution to the trip to ‘the pegboard’ or shelf for blades. Having inserts and wrenches also in the same place makes it very convenient for changes. Think I will get this onto my shop projects lists. Thanks for the share.

That definitely looks like a great idea!

That is such a good idea, I might have to make something like this.

I lay awake last night trying to figure out a good design for my saw blades. I think your idea provides the solution I have been looking for. Thanks for sharing.
