Router Table Wing for Table saw

It has been a few years since I have had a real workshop. I picked up this table saw on craigslist last summer and I have finally gotten around to making a router table to replace one of the wings.

It’s made from Phenolic faced plywood that I got from Rockler which is supposed to be good for this type of thing.
I’m pretty new to the YouTube thing, but I recorded most of it and uploaded them. Here is the link to my YouTube Playlist for this.
Free Parts list and Cut list are available on my website.

I have other video’s but as I said, i’m new to this so I’ll post more as I finish them.

Hope you enjoy, and if you have any constructive feedback on my video skills i’d be very happy to hear them.

Thanks for looking,
BigDaddyO

That’s a very good looking router table. The material is unique … at least to me.

Thanks everyone. One of my next projects is to make an out feed table with the same material. It’s nice when things match, even if it’s just for a shop.

Your timing on this is excellent… I have the same saw, and need a router table…. I was thinking of doing this… Thank you for the ‘R&D’!
