I just finished my TV stand this weekend. I adapted some plans from a old WOOD magazine. It only took seven days to build. The problem was two of the production days were in November 07 and the other five were in September 08. That is one of many reasons why I don’t do this for a living.

Greg, that’s a nice job, you did there!

I have a project or two that I have taken years off from and have thought about finishing recently. So, I know what you mean.

Hey, at least you stayed within a 1-year time frame.

Looks really nice.

Very nice. Is the back of the unit open? That receiver needs room to breath and all the vents are on the top. You might have unit failure from over heating if it runs to long. Again a very nice design.

At least you finished it: I have several sitting in the shop that have 1/2” of dust on them. It looks great.

Hey, I made one of those shortly after that issue of Wood came out. It was a lot of fun and our TV currently sits on it. I really liked the design.

Your version is very nice.

Very nice – and a project I have on my list as well. You did a great job and I’m now inspired to start mine… Thanks for showing it to those of us who need a little push! :)
