It’s long time ago, I showed you my last project, but now I have finished a new one. The plan was to create a modern and minimalist warmer for my teapot. In my workshop I found some pieces of Zebrano wood, I bought some time ago cheap on ebay. So it got a nice usage now.

As modern contrast to the wood I choose stainless steel. Also the form of this project reflexes the modern design of space ships. The bases of the steel bars have bezels on the in- and outside. The main candle holder is about 8mm (~0.3 “) deeper. The diameter of the stand is about 9cm (~3.5 “).

For the poduction of the woodn part I used my CNC router. Everything execpt the bezels are milled with an 7mm (~0.275 “) bit. The steel stands are made on my small manual lathe. After grinding I used wax oil for the finish.

I hope you like it. Thanks for watching.

Way cool, great and compact design. The gorgeous wood really set it off. Great work!
