we’re having a run of round walnut tables lately .. the first three photos are of the most recent, which is on its way to its new home in las vegas. it is a 60” round with three 15” leaves, opening to 105” more process photos at this link
the next two photos are of another design, also with a pedestal and leaves, that we created with the client’s sketched input. that one was a 54” round, also with three leaves. we have since made a larger version without leaves for yet another client .. a blog link to that one is here. the last photo is of a table we are working on in the shop right now. it entered the staining/finishing process on friday and will be completed later this week and on its way to rye, new york.. more photos of that as well as other new projects in the works here.
happy sunday .. dan

Great looking table. I love walnut and many years ago when I was in the furniture business I sold a lot walnut made by my business partners in their Los Angeles factory. Beautiful wood.

I adore the first table with the oval cut-outs. very graceful and lightens the base. If I needed a table, I’d copy this in a minute. super table.

Love the walnut.

I’m about to build a walnut console table, and that’s exactly the finish I want. Can I ask how you achieved that finish?

Thanks.
