My son and his wife recently moved from New Mexico to Washington State and he became very interested in
“Crabbing” up near the Olympic Peninsula. He was telling me about some “mallets” he had made to crack the
crab legs and I thought I’d give it a try and make some also. The main wood is Maple with Mahogany accent and I used mineral oil as a finish. This was my first try on a Celtic after seeing it on the site.

Thanks guys. It’s always fun working in the shop.—(-Now that I have heat!)
Las Cruces NM was the area, made a lot of trips there.

They are going to end up being displayed; NOT USED! Too damned pretty to use.

Very nice.

I was in Rio Rancho west of Albuquerque, the company i worked for many years had an office in Cruces so I was down there quite a bit.

I sure miss the food but they can keep their crime.

I miss the food too, Si Si Senor was one of my favorites.

El Pinto was my fav, and I really loved Sade’s when they were still in the bowling alley, one they built the big place it didn’t work as well for me.
