Metal piece was from Woodcraft when they had a sale on them, I think they were $4.99 each about a year ago, so I bought a dozen. handle is a piece out of the scrap pile, can’t say for sure what kind of wood but it’s an exotic that’s hard as metal. Dense as heck. Dimensions of the handle are 4.5” x 1.75” x 1”. Gave the handle a slight curve because the one I made before out of maple looked too boxlike. Sanding sealer and clear gloss poly. I drilled the hole and then tapped it. Since the wood was so dense I screwed in the bottle opener head and was barely able to get it to it’s final position using a long dowel as a lever while the handle was in the bench vise. I was afraid I would strip the threads but not even close. Hard as metal. Graphics were made using my Epilog Laser.

Not very good at taking pictures so I took a couple in the hopes it would show correctly. Looks a lot nicer in person.

Thanks for looking.

Awesome Pete, the logo looks great too.

Opener is very nice and so are the pics. Nice use of small pieces.
