Well I got a chance to spend some time in the shop again today since I had the day off. Another project that looks a little utilitarian, but was good for me to work with. I want to sharpen up miter skills and may do desk for my new office based on this idea. Not sure if it really is a style or not. But anyway here they are a pair of shop stools for various uses around the shop. Made of scraps I had laying around and standing just about 10’ high, I fastened them using my Kreg jig so they will not be going anywhere anytime soon. I painted them using the same paint I used for my lathe bench and wall cabinets, will more then likely use this color combination on mutiple shop units. Course if HD has other oops paint available at $1 a quart I might try something different…:)
Thanks all for looking.

Um… are the stools trying to make baby stools?

My uncle used to say about two dogs, that they were pushing each other to the store… Maybe that’s what these stools are doing?
That said, I believe every shop should have at least two stools step or otherwise. They come in very handy.
