Hi everyone,

I already posted a blog about this project, but here are some pictures after
a second coat of Tung-oil.
Wood species; maple,oak,walnut,cherry and for the frame.. remains a mystery to me :).
Maybe someone can help me with that?.

Exceptional Box work TAG
Just goes to show never throw away any off cuts until the project is well and truly finished.

As for the frame its not something I could pick, did it have any particular smell while being worked?

That is a really cool box!
The frame looks like it could be some mahogany variation. Very nice work!

Thanks so much all :) from the bottom of my box :) Rob no strong smell, but very irrative to the airways i noticed when cutting!
