My son owns a computer repair store. When he wanted a new front counter he couldn’t afford to buy a professional one so he enlisted my help. He just needed to use my shop and my help for about 3 weeks. He wanted to do it himself. It was supposed to be gone by the end of July. His business picked up, he had surgery, lost an employee, etc. So finally it is done and it has my favorite scroll saw project that I have ever done. It is his store logo.

Hi Berta;
A mum made of steel? Cool
That logo is really creative. Is that your design, or your son’s?
You did a great job on it, as well as the counter.
Very nice.

This is my son’s design. This logo is on all of his store stuff, business cards, sign, door, price chart. The name of the business is Computer Trauma Center. His ‘screen name’ was Steelman, he likes Pittsburgh Steelers.

Great job Steelmun,
I may be old fashion, but when I hear a son asking for his mothers help, I think of something like: sewing, laundry or cleaning. To see a son asking for his mothers help on woodworking, I get big smile on my face and think, “The Times They Are A-changin’”. Well, I guess I’ll roll a dube and sit and listen to more Bob Dlyan…Just kidding.
May the day find you well,
Mike

Hi,
I just couldn’t resist telling you that my town is where Bob Dylan grew up. He was a good friend of my Brother-in-law.
