Not sure what you should do with it but I would recommend using it’s full width to show it off.

Great looking board. Let the wood talk to you and let it decide what it wants to be, But it should be something in a presentation mode.

Aside from veneers I would use it sparingly as accent pieces (carved knobs, pulls, splines, plugs, etc…) for larger pieces.

I would resaw it and use it for Drawer fronts. It would accent well with some spalted maple.
