Here is the latest of Marna workshop.

I present the Marna-Karo, a kitchen knife inspired by famous Japanese Santoku.

The blade is carbon steel 90MCV8, selective quenching, the edge is awesome!
The handle is mounted on silk, is made Finnish pine, oak and merbau. The guard is Z20Cr13. The assembly is reinforced by a rivet 100C6.

With a total length of 26.5 cm, the edge is 12.5 cm with a total weight of 128gr.

The knife is just beautiful, like the Japanese style and the board is pretty as well. Great work!
