I like the idea of using a bit of sapwood. Most people don’t but I think it adds a flare to it. Good job.

I am jumping on board with the sapwood. I think you did the tree proud. I’ve not worked with walnut; don’t know why I live in one of the walnut capitals of the world.

I love working with walnut. Such a beautiful and elegant box. I really like that it looks “seamless” with all the miter cut. Very nicely made.

Simple but looks really good. Like the pretty walnut, tight joints and clean lines. Great job!
