Band saw fence.

I got this band saw and it didn’t have a fence so I searched YouTube and found some ideas and this is what I came up with . I used what I had so it cost nothing to build using my table saw miter gauge with a board for the fence is a simple way to go. I have used it a few times and it works way better than I thought it would. Another plus is the cast iron table is kinda small and with this on the table I got a larger surface and a zero clearance I made a video about this click the link to check it out. I also made my first bandsaw box out of some pine fire wood. So there is a pic. Nothing fancy

Great table top and fence. I have a Harbor Freight band saw like yours I have had for about 13 years. These days I only use it very thick blades…have a Delta that gets most of the work on BS boxes. Let me ask, did you use the same blade to cut that box…most of the time I use a 1/8” or 3/8”
