This was my second attempt at woodcarving. I purchased a print from a friend and wanted to customize a frame for it. I made it from a single piece of mahogany I bought from Lowes. I removed a little to much material on the bottom right corner and it has warped slightly over the years. It’s my spinoff on Van Gogh’s sunflowers.

A very unique frame to complement a famous painting. Well done!

You must have spent quite a bit of time on that. I like it.

Wonderful frame! Great wood, carving and textures. It’s perfect for the gorgeous painting.
