This is the latest version of the TV install on my boat. It is the 3ed TV that I have installed in the space behind the settee seatback. The TV before this was a 32” and there was 2 byfold doors and a matching panel. In order to fit in this 40” TV I took out the fixed panel and put all 5 togeather. I had to all about 2.5” to the previously built swingout bracket. It fits with about 1/8” clearance on each side. There are rare earth magnets imbeded in the wood and they are used to hold the doors folded up and off to the right (even in seas) as well as closed. There was just room for a small sound bar/ sub woofer. The whole thing works great. There is always a fun woodworking project at hand on a boat.
