These have turned out to be great sellers. My Son has sold everyone I’ve made so far, and this one is for a Customer that purchased one yesterday for someone as a gift, he wanted this one (gold trim) for himself. If anyone is selling pens, you might want to consider the Bullet pens – they really move.

*The pictures have a 2014 and 2013 date on them – 2013 was a typo on my part.

Nice pen. Did you have to paint at all or was the acrylic dark enough? Do you get 2 pens out of 1 blank with that kit?
Looks nice and shiny!

They look awesome Bill. Boss has had good luck selling bullet pens as well. I can’t wait to get a lathe.

Really nice work. I am planning on a lathe this summer.

Thewoodman2000 – the acrylic was dark enough that I did not have to paint the tube. And yes, I can get to pens out of one acrylic blank. I sand/buff to 15000 and then use a plastic polish.

Jason and Monte – be careful getting a lathe, they can be addictive :-)

Serious irony here. Pen is mightier than the sword and all that. Pretty cool juxtaposition.

Great looking pen—I’m glad you found a good seller, and best wishes for many more sales.

I can’t get over how realistic these pens look. Sure is pen-tastic. Good luck with them Bill.
