Get that bench top router off my bench!

I’d really like to have a stand alone router table but for now, I use a bench top (like most of my tools). Still, having a place for all of your bits, extensions, extra routers, guides, etc. would be nice. My little Bench Dog cabinet needed a home away from my bench top.
This cabinet is made from 3/4” plywood with an MDF top capped with a piece of 1/4” hardboard. I trimmed the raw plywood edges with strips of poplar.
The two small drawers are now home for my 1/4” and 1/2” bits. The large lower drawer holds my plunge router and other accessories.
After it was finished, I’m not in a real rush to build another “stand alone” cabinet…for now.

Looks good and well made. Very nice drawers for additional storage, useful project for the shop. Great job!
