My wife found a rain wall on Pinterest and told me how much she liked it. I decided we could build our own. Here’s our finished rain wall. It’s a combination of cedar fence boards, doug fir posts, a piece of rain gutter, a cement mixing pan and a pond pump. All supplies from our local Home Depot.

Great! Another project for the back yard, may have to wait a few months. Looks great!

Neat project. Now off to the hardware. Just re-landscaping the backyard. Great timing for another project to add in. Does the water run over glass or just free fall?

Really like this idea…I’ve got a spot for something like it already scoped out. Nice job!

Very cool idea! As someone whol loves a rainy day (we don’t get many here in Southern AZ), how nice it would be to make my own! I wonder if this will provide any sort of a cooling effect (like a misting system) on a hot summer day. You probably haven’t had it long enough to know that?

Man that’s a nice rain wall! I’ll bet it’s really relaxing on a warm summer’s eve!

Very cool, I’ve thought about making something like that for inside the house as a humidifier.
