Hey Cruiszr, Here’s a prototype PT Cruiser with trailer. I’m trying to decide about the fenders for the trailer. The Body of the PT is 1/2” core with 2 outside layers of 1/4” cut for the wheel wells.

Thought you might like to see this.

Thanks Cruiszr! I jus’t googled PT Cruiser drawings, found a side view, and then played with the copier till I got a size I wanted. It’s 8” long 3” high, trailer is 5” long, 2.5” high, just played with a french curve till it looked about right.
I used 1/2” for the core so I could stack cut the sides and core at the same time to eliminate having to do a lot of sanding. Trailer does need fenders, will work on them next.
