This is the end result of one of the courses I took at a Woodcraft store. It was a learning experience. I wish the instructor would have taught us how to set up the machines for making things like sliding dovetails, and the panel raising bit. But it was fun being one of the few that didn’t give up and go home.

Congratulations on a nice cabinet. I like the spalted raised panel and the dovetail details.

Very nice Steelmum, the contrasting wood makes for an interesting design. Congrats on completing the course, the skills learned will serve you well down the road and the learning only stops when you stop.

Very nice!
Is there where one locks away the fine Scotch, with shot glasses in the lower drawer? :-)

I always wonder about people who sign up for classes, pay for them, MAYBE come to one class, and you never see them again.
Nice piece by the way, Could be useful for lots of things.
