Gavels can be addictive, here is a simple follow up to my last posted Spalted Oak Gavel. The head was made from a plain piece of Ash, so I decided to just paint it, the handle is Oak

Sweet, I did one of these back in high school and now my boy keeps it on his shelf, fun little project
