Table saw build

This build had a few challenges to it and it works great, but I just have to give a heart felt thank you to all the jocks that have pimped out their saws and took the time to post them. I took so many ideas, and was so inspired by their projects that they gave me the gumption to just Go For It. Like my bench, this is how I chose to deal with the high and low spots in my garage floor so as not to have any undue stress put on my fence rails and top. I have some details to finish but it’s almost done. Again, Thank You LJ!

Are LJ jetlag and woodnwool the same person? This project was just posted a few projects ago. Very nice build!

No everyone, Woodnwool and jetlag are not the same person. Last nite my wife joined LJ and I posted this project in her name. It took awhile getting posted so I thought it wasn’t getting posted at all so I posted another in my name. Rookie mistake . I’m really sorry for the confusion. Somehow my wife can’t seem to sign in to respond to your questions. So if you have any question on my TS please post them on Jetlag. I do like the parallel universe comment. Not this time though.

Confusion solved! Nice project no matter to whom it belongs!

-- Tom Finnigan - Measures? We don't need no stinking measures! - Hmm, maybe thats why my project pieces don't fit.

Well then, please welcome Woodnwool to the LumberJocks family, and you, and you, and you two, too.

Great lookin’ work center, nicely appointed, well done, ...both of you. :-)

Have a Great weekend.

It is good that your wife is a woodworker and Lumberjock also. That is a fancy all-in-one setup and looks like you and your wife put a lot of design thought into it. Nicely done…!

Now i’m really confused – first posted by jetlag, then you all are referring to “woodnwool”, but the poster name is “knitandturn” – what is happening here?!

My wife changed her name again. For good? As for this build? Yes she had a lot of good input and I’m blessed to have her. She will post her stuff soon under Knitandturn. Thanks for all your comments. I’ve gotten some great feed back. Especially from WoodchuckerNJ re: dust collection to the router. I may have positioned the dust port in the dust box so that it robs the router from drawing air through it to cool it resulting in possibly burning it up. Thanks WoodchuckerNJ.
