Simple Segmented Cherry Bowl

Just a simple three ring Cherry bowl with 2 walnut dividers 51 pieces in all, segments are 11-1/4 degrees, 16 pieces per ring, some sapwood is in segments First picture is of bowl, 2nd showing look inside 3rd is bottom view and 4th shows bowl full of Life Savers, and Hershey Kisses These and the bowl are for the Nurses in the Oncology section of the Ft. Wayne In. VA Hospital, Great bunch of gals.

Sweet! No.. No.. not the candy…. the bowl! I Love cherry wood, you did some good things with that it here.
Nice work as usual! I’m sure the gals will love it!

Very nice job. What did you use in the glue up process to clamp all the pieces together?

Professorwood: I just use large hose clamps, the bowl is only about 7” in diameter You can use rubber bands too, and sometimes, i just cut up old inner tubes, and bicycle inner tubes.
