This is a Cherry Sleigh bed I made for my Insurance agent. It is a queen size bed made from 4/4 and 8/8 cherry lumber. This is one project that was a real challenge and when I called him to come see it and let me know what kind of finish he wanted on it, he sent his wife. When she saw the bed she started crying and the tears rolled down her face. She thought it was absolutely beautiful. Makes you proud when a customer feels like that.

NICE, I know someone that also made their client cry when they came to see the cabinets… but it wasn’t out of joy… hahaha.

that sure is a pretty bed. are they using it with a box sprint? or will it have slats?

I made slats for the box springs to set on. I hope I never have a problem with the customer crying about being unhappy….......... I’d really feel bad…...........LOL
