Fine looking. Bet it was fun to build. Do you play? I love the sound of them.

I am trying to learn. I started in Dec. with a stick dulcimer. I have never heard one play other than in utube videos I am blown away by the sound, it is like a bagpipe, organ, banjo, and several other instruments rolled into one.

Very nice project it looks great. I have never seen a Dulcimer but My wife has owned and played two types, a Mountain Dulcimer and a Hammer Dulcimer. So by asking her what kind that one is I was sat down and given a “What a Dulcimer is lesson”. Excellent job.

You should make her a new one pretty basic woodworking skills and if you can scrounge the wood the remainder of the parts can be had for around $25.
