For some time, my girlfriends 2 youngins have had to sit on the floor while they eat a quick meal, play cards, watch tv, etc when they visit my house. I finally got around to solving that problem.

Simple design and quick construction of medium grade pine 1×8”s. Before the picture i wasn’t sure of what kind of finish but showed them to the kids and they want them painted. One will be pink and the other blue. Going to attempt to carve thier initials in the tops before i do.

ediut: forgot to mention that they make great footstools to get to those places that are just out of reach. Had to make sure they were sturdy so i tested em with my 220# test subject self.

The kids are going to love them. Great job.
