Little Stool

My wife asked me to make small stool. I had leftover hardwood flooring of natural red oak, which I used for this project. Finished with Minwax oil based polyurethane. Rubbed it out with steel wool and waxed after that. The height about 13”. My original design and I like how it turned out, but main thing that my “customer” loves it :-)

Came out great – nice subtle shape to the legs. Well done.

Keeping the “customer” happy is definitely job #1. Good work.

I am not a big fan of red oak, but I just love this design.
The legs have just the right bulge. Neat.

It’s a nice clean practical project. Good work. Of course it’s always smart to keep the customer, I mean wife, happy. Congratulations.

great job. I’m going to lead a workshop on making a stool in a couple of months.

I cut my prototype last might.
