In merely 2 weeks I was able to construct a luxurious pitching mound for my baseball team. It turned out to be quite heavy, but most importantly it is sturdy and well built. It was an honor to be given the duty of building such a masterpiece, and I worked my taint off to deliver my fellow teammates a solid base to pitch from. A special thanks to my coach for supplying the wood, Mr. Santucci for the help, and especially for Richard Knox who never left my side.

Awesome! A good, solid mound can make a world of difference.

Well done Steve. Glad to see there was no evidence of screwing around during construction. This is possibly the 1st “luxurious” pitching mound ever built. Work on a nasty change up now. Have a good season. Funny write up.

Put something deadening on the front lip. Don’t want a line drive taking a funky bounce into the pitcher’s face. Maybe one of those bean-bag door draft blockers or something.

Have your say...
