This is a router cabinet that I just finished. I was looking to buy one, when a friend of my said he had a shop smith router table he wanted to get rid of. After looking at it I decided the top was a little small for my needs but I figured I could build a big cabinet and set the top in it. After looking on lumberjocks I decided to build a New Yankee Workshop style cabinet and this is what I came up with. I still need to make a better fence with a dust collection port but it gets the job done for now. I hope you guys like it.

I do like it! Nice job on it, and I’ll bet you’ll get a lot of use out of it!

I’m always impressed (and a little jealous!) of the Yankee Workshop router table builds…The router is may favorite tool in the shop. My set up is fine for now, but I may venture into this build some day…Great work!

That’s a good looking router table and will be a great addition to your shop.

Thanks. I added an incra fence system to it a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier.
