This is the final chip carved box I carved for my family in remembrance of my younger brother. This box is for my older brother.
Basswood, lined with velvet, sealer and lacquer finish. The design is free form, positive image carving, a design I created using the Pattern Wizard.
Thanks for looking. I’m glad I could do this for my family to honor my brother’s life.

This a beautifully carved box! I really like the carved letter and numbers. I’m sorry for the loss of your brother. This is a great way to remember him.

A very special piece Marty ,a very fine tribute to your brother. I know how it feels to loose a younger brother,I lost mine in September,my greatest of condolences to you and your family.
