Met a lady at a craft show and she told me I could cut wild grape vine from her land if I build her another one of these. Grape vine and twisted stick are from her wood. Small planter box with church bird house. Built with cedar and other misc. woods all reclaimed.

Wow, very cool ! I love the rustic look. Also, a good way to use up some left over stuff from other projects. My wife just saw it over my shoulder, now I have another project to add to my list! Great job, thanks for posting it.

At first looking at the old one I thought it was a CHAIR with a birdhouse simply sitting on the arm, and I was gonna ask if the birdhouse was attached to the chair…. but upon looking at the “new” one. I see that the chair “seat” is actually a planter box.

Now that I SEE what I’m looking at.. I like the concept. Would make for a nice piece of yard art. :-)

Another cool and pretty planter box, like the bird house and how you use the different natural and reclaimed materials. Great job!

Have your say...
