Dog Bed - Bed

Made this while taking a break between projects for one of my favorite clients – I can’t see a reason that the dog can’t have a nice piece of furniture too! White Oak with Ebony Accents. Frame and panel style with M & T construction. I finished it with Spar varnish because it turned out bigger than I imagined and it may end up outside. I generally hate making unsolicited projects, but I thought that if she didn’t want it, my dog has been coveting that new bed!

I have the plans on Sketchup if anyone want them, Tho, I’d reduce the dimensions by 3 inches each way next time.

My wife has been after me to build two of these. Paying jobs have kept me pretty busy. Well, that and fishing.

Awesome work. I have two cattle dogs and a boxer that would love something like that. Some day I might spoil them.

That a super dog bed. I’m sure the dog will be very comfortable. Great job!
