Super nice box. What is the finish…looks like 20 coats of Poly?

Never heard of cumar before. Looks like a very pretty wood though. Finish is spectacular.

How did you like working with the cumaru? It was some of the first exotic stuff I had ever tried and it was a pain. Hard as a rock and couldn’t sand it. Touch it was a blade and it would splinter.
