Got to spend some time in the shop today, I love warm weather. I turned these two pens. The cartridge pen is a spectacular looking piece of Cherry Burl and the Cigar pen is Maple Burl.

Bill, I think you are hooked on pens ;-). You sure are getting to be a proficient pen maker, these are really nice.

Bill

I have never even tried to make a pen but I do know that yours are BEAUTIFUL!

You have inspired me to look more into this craft!

Thanks

Steve

I tend to get stuck on one thing. Right now my Son is having some luck selling my pens in his Pawn Shop. He sold 4yesterday, so I’m replenishing his stock. I will be trying some bowl and boxes next week.

Cool looking pen. I think your starting to enjoy selling them more than making them. Glad to hear it Bill.

Burls make really good looking writing instruments…. as long as they don’t blow apart. Really good looking
