The photos with fire burning was taken today with 4” of snow and still falling. The cedar mantle logs were from a job we did. The arrowhead is made from natural stone found on the property. The hearth stone is one solid piece of slate. We did all the stone work. The band of cedar crown moulding which goes through-out the house we milled from our logs. The copper/brass fireplace door set was found on craigslist for $90. The log siding came from craigslist also. What do ya’ think??

This is fantastic!!!
Check my projects for the “log” firewood rack I built. The pictures are not the best but you have the skills to make one much better then mine!!

The siding and crown moulding really make the project. The remodeled fireplace against the wall looks good, with the siding and crown it looks amazing, great work!
