Made Nesspresso coffee cup holder which holds 100 cups. I wanted to find one piece of large wood but had to put 5-4×1 wood glued together to get this size. Then I used 14 degree dovetail bit router along the strips that is 0.15mm wider than the cup size. The router project was very challenging. Anything wider than by 0.20mm of cup size, then it’s no good as cup won’t hold. One part of the strip was too wide, so my solution was to apply a large amount of polypropylene to make it thicker coating to offset the wide measurement. It worked!
Thanks for looking!

Looks great – like it belongs in a coffee shop!

Admire the perseverance as well – nice job!
