This is another massive 36’ X 36’ Texas. Shadowbox. This one is made of cherry and finished with a custom oil blend. This one was ordered after seeing my previous one posted here on LJ. Thanks John. My girlfriend has made a point of teasing me about having so many clamps. Well that was until she saw how many were utilized in the construction.

John, it was my privilege to have the opportunity to contribute to the honoring of your 20 years Air Force service,

Looks great! I think you mean 36” by 36”, not 36’. If I am wrong, then you sir have a mighty big couch.

PASs, This one is made with Lexan as it shipped to California. I have made them with glass but it is far more complicated and not worth the effort. In order to use glass you have to use tempered glass and a Diamond Ring saw or similar… you can not use regular glass as the stress point in the inward corner will crack with the lightest flexing, like washing it. So I stick to high end lexan, *not plexy glass”

Everything is bigger in TX unless you live in Alaska which is 3x as big as TX. But most people who live in Alaska are from TX which is why there are just as many liquor stores in Alaska as there are churches there. I LOVE ALASKA and TX.

Very nice shadow box. I too make custom shadow boxes and know the difficulty of them. Good job.

This shadow box would be great for my retirement. How would I go about having one made for myself?
