This was and interesting learning experience. I made a jig for my huge lathe and groved the ring for the inlay. After much sanding I put 3 coats of super glue over the whole ring. Lots of fun and will try sea shell inlay next. The wood is mahogany veneer. I love this site.It gives me loads of projects to try. Sorry for the pictures. I will try to take a photo course next.

Nice ring! I like the inlay. It adds some class to it.

So pretty ring, like the mahogany and the inlay is a great accent. Well done!
